1 out of 5 starsI ordered this on February 8th. I understand if there are any complications during this pandemic/ needing to attend to large amounts of orders. However, I haven’t heard anything from the owner. I messaged her with my phone number for the shipping as requested in a note on the invoice, but didn’t even get a confirmation reply. I don’t mind waiting, because I am still excited to give this as a gift, but I’m not happy with there being zero communication from the owner.

I am very sorry for your disappointment. I have tried to communicate with you by email and I have not found an answer. As soon as Etsy told me the complaint I made the money back, immediately of course. I communicate again that I am very sorry for what happened. My best wishes for the new year. Noe

Custom and personalized orders
I can custom and personalized the products of my shop. The time of creating the piece may vary. I'll always agree it with the customer previously. When I do a custom order I charge 40% of the amount in advance.
The pieces
·This ceramic work can have small imperfections because it is handmade and not industrially.
·Behold the configuration of our monitors may cause the color to vary slightly. Although this is usually imperceptible but I think it's something you should know ;)
·The item you will receive may vary slightly from the photo because is a handmade item.
·The photo atrezzo is not included on the purchase.
·Be sure to read the policies of the shop and if you need to know or tell me anything please write me! My email is noemarinstudio@gmail.com or you can also using the internal Etsy mail.
Care instructions
For a correct maintenance of the piece I recommend not put in the microwave or in the dishwasher.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All the items have a nice packaging or envelope with a kraft boxes and papers and the labels of the brand. Depending on the type of piece packaging will vary. In any case the package is always highly ensured so it arrives the correct conditions.

I offer wholesale prices for shops, restaurants or personal orders. Please write me and I will send you a budget :)
The shipping
The shipments will be done between 1 and 12 working days after purchase always by registered mail with tracking number that I send you via email.
Your purchase will be shipped properly packaged so it arrives in perfect condition. I will need your phone number for the DHL delivery girl or boy. The company asks us, to ensure delivery (only for this and nothing else).I will send you an email asking for the phone and until I receive it I will not be able to send the package. The DHL shipping processor does not allow me.
Delivery times is between 10 days and one month from the date of shipment which tends to vary depending the country of delivery.
Once the purchase has been sent and justified by the tracking number can not be canceled.
When the package has not been picked up by the buyer in his/her destination
In case of return the package by post office to me, because the customer has not picked up in the office, I will try to contact the customer via e-mail Etsy. If in one week I have no response, the article will be on-line again in my shop. If the package does not arrive in perfect condition the money will not be returned
Refunds
If we have to do a refund, will be refunded the product price. Shipping costs no longer the customer always has a tracking number that ensures that the packet has been sent. Therefore shipping costs are not refundable.
Replace
When a piece must be replaced the cost of the piece is assumed by the shop but the shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.
Combined shipping costs
Although Etsy makes an adjustment for combined shippings, if you want to buy more than one product you can contact me to adjust the price of the exact products you want to buy. Remember that the price of shipping depends on weight, package size and the country to which the pieces are sent. I'll be happy to adjust this for you :)
